      • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $5000 USD.
      • Flat-rate shipping fee of $3800 USD on orders under $50 USD.
    • International Orders:
      • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, depending on your location and order size.
      • International shipping may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
    • Returned in its original packaging, including tags and certificates.
    • Not a personalized or custom-made item (personalized items are non-returnable).

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
